We recognize that our work at Women’s College Research and Innovation Institute, Women’s College Hospital, takes place on traditional Indigenous territories across Ontario. We also wish to acknowledge that Women’s College Hospital is located on the traditional Indigenous territories of the Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and the territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nations. Today, the meeting place of Toronto is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work in this territory.
